The Vision
Who I Am
I’m Douglas Bainbridge, owner of Outlaw Automation LLC. My career has given me the experience to bring insight and efficiency to automation solutions. I started as a machine operator, worked my way up to manufacturing engineer, and now I’m launching my own company to help other businesses thrive through automation. My dream is to create a new and better frontier for my clients.
Outside of work, my biggest motivation is my family. My wife, Cassandra, has supported every late night and big idea behind Outlaw Automation. We’re raising three amazing kids: our daughter Addison, our son Grayson, and our soon‑to‑arrive baby girl, Lainey. Grayson is on the autism spectrum, and watching him push through challenges and grow stronger every day has shaped how I approach engineering—patient, persistent, and always looking for a better way forward.
